SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT WOMEN
[Eves]
For the work that keeps getting pushed.
A facilitated membership that helps you stay focused on the work that matters most.
Weekly Schedule • Deep Work Sessions • Accountability • Small-group Support
Welcome to Eves, a virtual membership for independent women carrying a lot at once.
Each week gives you structure, dedicated work time, and thoughtful support to help the important things stop slipping through.
Busy and focused are not the same thing.
Independent women often carry work, decisions, planning, logistics, and emotional responsibility all at once.
The problem is rarely motivation. It’s the lack of structure, support, and protected time to focus on what actually matters.
Without that, important work keeps getting delayed beneath everything urgent.
You might recognise yourself in some of this:
important work keeps getting postponed
you work constantly but still feel behind
there’s never uninterrupted time to focus
you keep switching from one task to the next
everything feels fragmented
you spend more time thinking about work than actually doing it
you carry decisions alone

What Eves Gives you
Your peace of mind in one membership.

◆ A structured week — Monday check-ins, midweek focus, and Friday reflection. The rhythm helps carry the mental load.
◆ Dedicated focus sessions — Three times per week, coworking designed for the work that keeps getting postponed.
◆ A facilitator who holds your thread — Someone knows where you are without needing the full backstory every time.
◆ A small-group support — Thoughtful women across sectors who can offer perspective, encouragement, and second opinions.
◆ Monthly mastermind — One real business challenge in the spotlight each month. Rotating.
Additional:
◆ Async Slack support
◆ Quarterly Coffee Hour
◆ Body-based grounding to kick off sessions
the weekly rhythm
Every week has a shape. That structure is the juice.
| Session* | Time (CET) | Duration | Type | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monday check-in | 9.30am | 30 min | LIVE | Intentions, top priorities for the week. Sets the tone. |
| Monday focus time | 10am | 60 min | DEEP WORK | Structured co-working. |
| Wednesday office hours | 9.30am | 30 min | LIVE | Adjust priorities, surface what you're going in circles with. |
| Wednesday focus time | 10am | 90 min | DEEP WORK | Structured co-working. |
| Friday focus time | 11am | 60 min | DEEP WORK | Structured co-working. |
| Friday check-out | 12pm | 30 min | LIVE | Wins, reflections, what moves forward to next week. |
| Work log review | n/a | 15-60 min | ASYNC | A shared thread for your goals, priorities, wins, carry-forwards. A tool for clarity, your facilitator's way of staying with you between sessions. |
| Monthly mastermind** | Thurs 5.30pm | 90 min | LIVE | One member brings a real business challenge. The group advises. Rotating spotlight on demand. |
| Quarterly coffee hour | Wedn 12.30pm | 60 min | LIVE | Member-led topic or open discussion. Informal, generative energy. Minimal agenda. |
*No session is mandatory, yet the rhythm works best when you follow it consistently.
** Masterminds happen when members bring them, no challenge on the table, no mastermind. They're yours to activate.
ALL SESSIONS ARE VIRTUAL
what makes eves different
Designed to hold your thread, week to week.
More structured than a peer group.
More connected than working alone.
More human than most productivity systems.
Eves combines accountability, focus time, facilitation, and thoughtful support in a way that helps independent women sustain momentum without pressure culture.
It is not a personal assistant service. You show up and do the work yourself. Eves creates the container, the support, and the network.
WHO IT'S FOR
Not everyone needs more motivation.
Most members are independent women balancing work, responsibilities, ideas, and ongoing mental load all at once.
They usually do not need more ambition or more information. They need structure, continuity, accountability, and protected time to focus.
you work independently or manage your own workload
you carry a lot mentally, even when things look “fine” externally
you struggle more with sustained focus than motivation
you want accountability without pressure culture
you miss the structure traditional workplaces once provided, yet do not fit those workplaces
you value thoughtful conversation over networking performance
you feel the loneliness of remote work
Members include founders, freelancers, consultants, creatives, and women managing complex personal and professional responsibilities simultaneously.
Eves works best for women who genuinely want to engage with their work, their week, and the group.
FREE trial run: June 15 - July 3
Built slowly. On purpose
The Eves trial run will run between June 15th and July 3rd with a small founding group.
This early version is designed to test the weekly rhythm, group dynamic, and structure before opening future cohorts more broadly.
The trial includes:
◆ a small group of max 10 members
◆ weekly live sessions & focus work
◆ async Slack support
◆ a facilitated structure throughout the week
◆ use of the work log between member and facilitator
This is best suited for women who are willing to participate consistently, engage thoughtfully, and help shape the early culture of the group as direct feedback to help shape future versions of Eves will be required at the end of the three weeks.
What happens next:
After applying, you’ll be invited to a short 15-min introductory conversation
to make sure the group feels like the right fit for everyone involved.
about the facilitator
Hi, I'm Anna.
I've spent years working as a coordinator, project manager, and community builder across different organisations and sectors. I know what it feels like to carry multiple threads at once: jumping between projects, circling ideas, struggling to stay anchored in your own work.
I also know what a difference the right structure makes. Working closely with a founder who was running several projects at once, I started holding weekly focus sessions to help her stay on track. The pattern became very clear: it wasn't motivation or talent that was lacking. It was a container.
Eves was built from noticing what was missing.
A space that brings together facilitation experience and lived reality — designed to add structure, connection, and a little more ease to the everyday work of running something of your own.Want to know more about my background?
